As you know I LOVE seeing anthromorphic rocks!! Wonder if you'd be up for trying to do this in clouds - not traditional as far as I know, they didn't actively make figures in the clouds - but still - I love the idea of seeing shapes in paintings of clouds, in line with the rocks. I love your use of colour and your obvious joy in painting these rocks, which really comes across! Camels and dragons and more!
I think we should 'be like children' when we paint in order to access flow states and be slightly surprised at what we paint, in the manner of Zen and the Art of Archery. And always, always be learning. Like you did, also, in order to make this first (one of many more I hope!) posts! First post. First past the post. Youdunnit! Well done and I'm also trying to make this forum a bit more accessible and user-friendly (in prog)!
